Sacher's sweetest child, Franz sacher, created in 1832 the World famous 'Sacher Torte' for Wenzl Clemens, Prince Metternich, at the age of sisteen, while he was apprentice at the kitchen brigade of the Prince. Today, 'Sacher' evokes not only this delicious dessert, but the heart of the romantic city of Vienna. Located in front of the Vienna Opera House, the hotel is a unique location for the sweetest day of the couple's life: their wedding.
